VisionTek is the leading 3D optical measurement technology that combines non-contact geometrical measurement and surface algorithms to compare real-time performance with critical rope parameter requirements.
The technology creates a high quality 360 degree reconstruction of the rope surface in both steel and synthetic ropes for fixed and mobile applications. 
VisionTek provides real-time analysis, digital data, and expert monitoring of critical working ropes, increasing rope integrity management and operational safety.
VisionTek can also be fully integrated with our partners MRT device for a seamless combination of high quality rope images; 3D measurement and MRT data in a single unified User Interface.

Remote Monitoring
The system allows to visually inspect and analyse rope’s surface and geometrical parameters from a remote location, providing digitalization and automatization of rope inspections.

Advanced Condition Assessment
VisionTek’s findings are objective. Our wire rope experts provide in-depth analysis of the data to make proper rope assessment also in combination with MRT unit. Results are provided against ISO 4309 discard criteria, or any other applicable/corporate standard.

Increased Safety
By regularly inspecting the rope, our experts can recommend corrective actions, potentially extending and estimating the life of the rope and ensuring safety in use.
