Friction Winder Ropes
With the right lubrication, almost all rope constructions can be used as friction hoisting ropes. e.g. 6 Strand round strand ropes, 6 strand triangular strand ropes both with a natural or synthetic fibre core (FC), Rotation resistant ropes; full locked Coil ropes. Typically used in sets of 2, 4 or 6 and either tower mounted or ground mounted Koepe / friction winders. A safe working condition of the ropes is based on the right amount of certified friction lubrication and a sufficed proven lining on the machine.
