Closing ropes

The holding and closing ropes are used to suspend and close the grab during operations. The ropes therefor need to have excellent bent fatigue performance and to achieve this, Bridon-Bekaert offer ropes which are filled internally with plastic and incorporating high performance lubrication to minimise wear and internal friction. Bridon-Bekaert supplies ropes with excellent wear properties as these ropes routinely suffer damage from contamination of the material that is being handled.
