Carl Vromant joined the Bekaert Group in 2000. He graduated as MSc in Chemical Engineering at the University of Gent, did a postgraduate in Spain before joining again UGent, where he worked a few years as Assistant. A joint project on lubricant modeling brought him in contact with Bekaert.
At Bekaert, Carl held several local and global positions in Technology and Operations as well in Rubber Reinforcement, SWS as in the functions (R&D and OPEX). Carl spent a few years of his career at Bekaert abroad in China and Slovakia. May 2021, Carl joined BBRG as VP Advanced Cords.
